Therefore education is the responsibility of the government, family, and society. In order for national education goals to be realized, education itself requires good management. The management of education by both the government and the private sector for school and non-school education at every type and level of education is very much needed in the context of achieving national education goals because educational institutions at a minimum apply management scientific functions fundamentally in order to achieve the goals set. , in its implementation, the educational institution must understand the basic concepts of management and its functions and arrive at the implementation stage, in this case, the object of study is the principal at the primary and secondary education level, the chancellor at the university or institute level, the chairman at the academy or school level is responsible for the implementation of educational activities, school administration, training of educational staff and infrastructure as supporting the implementation of the educational process.
