Organizational success is highly dependent on leadership. Even if a company or institution gets a cash flow and has wealthy investors, leadership is still considered the first element for successful management. Managers must have analytical, design, technical, and human management capabilities. Studying leader behavior continuously for decades. As a result, two main behaviors were identified in this research: one is task-oriented behavior and the other is relationship-oriented behavior. Leaders with relationship-oriented behavior are considered the most successful. Leadership methods in Islamic management are influenced by specific theoretical foundations of anthropology. The method used is the Ijtihad method which will produce descriptive prescriptive reports and is different from Fiqh (Islamic law) which includes prescriptive statements and in the area of the five commandments and some of the basics of Ijtihad not considered as a proper examination of people's situations. In the end, a leader should master various types of leadership in order to be able to place himself in various situations, maximize the performance of members, and achieve common goals.
